SketchChair Disclaimer

SketchChair is a tool that is designed to give anybody the opportunity to create their own furniture. Whilst this tool generates, and tests the basic structure of a design, it does not (yet) ensure that the design will be safe to use.

When we prototype a design produced using SketchChair, we take great care to ensure that the design is completely safe to use and fit for purpose.

If you, or anybody assisting or contracted by you is prototyping a SketchChair design it is their responsibility to ensure that the finished prototype will be safe to use for its intended purpose. Please be sensible and careful when fabricating and testing a SketchChair design!

By downloading and using SketchChair or any content from the SketchChair Design Library (together, "Material"), you agree to the following:

• You agree that the Material is provided to you "as-is", without warranty of any kind, and that use of the Material is entirely at your own risk.

• You agree that in no event will Diatom Studio ltd, or any other contributors to the SketchChair project including without limitation the authors of content uploaded to the Design Library, be liable for any damages, injury or death caused, or any costs or losses incurred through the use of the Material.
